Integrationsverkstan gathers tools and methods for easier integration into Swedish society
Do you meet refugees and asylum seekers in your daily life, or are you a refugee, asylum seeker, or in need of protection yourself? We address people who speak or meet people who speak English, Arabic, Dari, Somali, or Ukrainian.
With funding from the County Administrative Board of Värmland, the association Civilisationen has developed free tools that provide basic knowledge of how Swedish society works. The material can be used both individually and in activities within, for example, schools, municipalities and civil society.

NÖHRA
NÖHRA is a step-by-step model for working in a structured way in a group. The model is used to create a common picture of the current situation, formulate a desired situation, identify obstacles, make resources visible and decide on concrete activities. All steps are done together and in turn, which creates clarity, participation and focus forward.
SMART goals
SMART goals is a step-by-step model for formulating clear and feasible goals in a group. The model is used to make goals specific, measurable, accepted, realistic and time-bound. All parts are reviewed together and in turn, which creates consensus, motivation and a clear direction towards the goal.
